In a selective call for bids Project Immobilion has obtained a piece of property in Berlin’s Lichterfelde district. In 2012, the 5800 m² property is to be developed with three apartment buildings designed according to principles of sustainability. A total of 25 apartments are planned, with a total project volume of €8 million. atmosgrad° acted as adviser and was responsible for structuring and guiding the successful transaction process.
