A – Project Management

Years of working in project management, whether representing a developer’s interests or overseeing development projects on behalf of investors, has given us the diverse range of experience to fully and reliably see your project through and to effectively represent your interests as either the developer or future user of the property. Even in early structural planning phases, mistakes can be made that will be complicated to fix later. This is where we can offer you an advantage: by assigning clear-cut roles, creating clear agreements and committing to your project’s goals, with a clear track line to success.

B – Project Monitoring (nationally and internationally)

If you have a vested interest in a project, not as an owner, but as an investor or a tenant, for example, we can act on your behalf. We can be your eyes and ears on location to ensure quality standards are being implemented in accordance with all the contractually set requirements.

C - Green Monitoring

We'll undertake a monitoring role and assume responsibility for your project's sucess. We'll gather and report the necessary information, manage the project, and ensure its adherence to Green Buidling qualities.

Using our own resources or those of on-site partners, we can provide all of these services regardless of where the project may be located, including overseas. We will ensure that all reports and updates are communicated to you in either German or English, and assume recommendations for action and guidelines for decision making.
